Installing the Stealth Serial Port Card in a G3
The Stealth Serial Port takes just a few minutes to install in your Blue G3 or G4-PCI Video Power Macintosh. The Stealth Serial Port replaces the internal card and requires that your G3 has the metal box that holds the modem card. The only tool required is a standard Philips screwdriver.
- Shut down your
computer. Unplug all of the cables including the power cord.

Lift the latch on the side of the computer and gently lower the panel onto a flat clean surface.
