Stealth MIDI plug-in for Mac OS X
This plug-in enables most serial MIDI devices to operate with Apple's Core MIDI software and the Stealth Serial Port under OS X 10.2.3 or later. This version is public beta 1.

LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT – CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND USE THE PRODUCT. DOWNLOADING INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. THIS SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND DOCUMENTATION IS THE PROPRIETY PRODUCT OF GEETHREE.COM AND IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS, TRADE SECRET LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL TREATY. USE OF THIS PRODUCT IS GOVERNED BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND BY APPLICABLE LAW INCLUDING COPYRIGHT LAW. 1. Grant of License. GeeThree.com grants a non-exclusive license for the use of the Software as follows: a) Purchaser may use the Software in machine-readable form only. Purchaser shall not cause or permit the sublicense, rent, lease, decompile, reverse engineering, or disassembly of the Software. 2. Copy Restrictions. Ownership of the legal rights contained in the Product and associated documentation shall remain solely with GeeThree.com and its suppliers. 3. Ownership. The software is licensed to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement, and GeeThree.com reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. 4. Termination. Without prejudice to any rights, GeeThree.com may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Purchaser agrees, upon such termination, to promptly destroy the Software together with all copies, modifications, and merged portions in any form. 5. Export Administration. If the Product is used outside of the United States, Purchaser agrees to comply fully with all the relevant regulations of the United States Department of Commerce and with the United States Exports Administration Act to insure that the Software is not exported in violation of United States laws. 6. LIMITED WARRANTY. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS". GEETHREE.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL GEETHREE.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF GEETHREE.COM, OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF GEETHREE.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. GEETHREE.COM’S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 8. General. Purchaser may not use, copy, modify, sublicense, rent, sell assign or transfer this license of the Product except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
